Your health and fitness journey do not have to stop in pregnancy as I promise you that can just be the start of a new look you!. In fact that pregnancy is where you are able to change your mindset around becoming a new athlete. Yes even if you do not compete in sport or physical activity you are still an athlete. Why? Athlete = a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina. So yes your an athlete! I 100% believe knowledge is power and power give you purpose. So its Its time to create a new purpose for you, Its either to enjoy your fitness in pregnancy or your working towards prehabing your body post baby or even older children to increase your athleticism to continue to exercise and participate in your sport. I am Marnie, Founder of SportsFit , SportsFit online and SportsFit Mums,

I am now a mum of 2 little girls, one new born and one 4.5yr old. I am an ex duel international athlete and current Amarteur athlete playing touch rugby for england and on the road to the european championships 2022.

I recently moved from the City of London to the country side of oxforsdhire UK.

I am so pumped to be sharing all my knowledge and experience when it comes to Strength and conditioning for pregnancy and post partum.
